About Us

My name is Raquel, and I am the creator of Blitzn Business Services. I have over 35 years’ experience in administration roles including project management and debt recovery. I have worked in the private and Government sectors, and for a not-for-profit organisation. I am highly organised and am passionate about helping small businesses with completing the mundane tasks of owning a business, letting you have time to focus on you! I have a positive attitude and a strong initiative to fulfill any task given to me to assist others in need. I am one of 4 girls and can honestly say my parents have instilled the right values in all of us. I am very reliable, honest and responsible. Although my main experience is administration/bookkeeping and mentoring staff, I am also NDIS qualified and have experience with assisting people in need. I have a Yellow card (NDIS Worker Screening), Blue card (Working with Children), Police clearance certificate, First Aid Certificate and I have completed all the Government social support modules. I offer administrative support, including teaching how to use programs like computers, iPhones, and iPads. I can help with financial reconciliations, create invoices, follow up on outstanding debts, and handle accounts payable/receivable. I also monitor emails, set meetings, and manage appointments to keep you updated. With a clean driving record, I can safely drive you or your clients to appointments (please note that my vehicle is not equipped for wheelchairs). I am highly organised, proactive, and skilled in researching information to achieve the best outcomes for my clients.
